Construction Corporation Concrete Paving Superintendent
The Construction Superintendent is a member of the operations team. Their roles and responsibilities are to plan and lead field Concrete Paving operations to achieve these expectations and production requirements. Construction Superintendent supervise field foreman, and work with field engineering staff as well as other project staff personnel on heavy highway, road and bridge projects. Essential Functions Assures all Concrete production work is within project specifications and continually monitors work progress and quality of work Scheduling and directing work crews and Foreman. Preparing work plans, hazard analysis, safety assessments for the work to be performed. Quality control. Managing and tracking cost. Scheduling equipment and subcontractors. Administering safety programs. Supervise Concrete Paving construction projects. Perform daily inspections of work performed. Solve problems that arise. Be involved in preparing various schedules for crew's equipment and materials. Adjust the plan and process as the work continues to improve productivity, safety and quality. Required Skills & Experience Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of Concrete Paving construction and engineering principles and practices. Strong organization/time management skills. $100K -- $150K
