In this position, you will greet all customers via, in person, over the phone or email.
Your customer base is comprised of both internal and external personnel and customers.
Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as a keen attention to detail and problem solving.
Key Roles and Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls for all 3S locations Greet customers walking into the showroom Organize and schedule meetings and appointments Produce and distribute correspondence emails, letters, and forms on behalf of office personnel Maintain digital and manual filing system Carry out administrative duties such as typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Order office supplies Handle multiple projects Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Process all sales functions for 3S locations Support 3S office personnel and customers (to include walk-ins, emails, phone inquiries and processing credit card payments) Complete and submit monthly expense report Create and submit end of day report to manager Working Conditions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit behind a computer; reach with hands and arms as well as walk or stand in departments within the site.
The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles.
The employee is regularly exposed to extreme heat and/or cold, or temperatures consistent to that outdoors.
Occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds Noise level of the work environment varies between quiet/moderate/loud Qualifications/Skills Ability to present and maintain a positive image in a fast-paced environment Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Minimum 6 months to 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience preferred Strong time management Ability to input data accurately Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervisio Must have outstanding attendance and punctuality Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401K with a company match Short Term and Long-Term Disability PTO Voluntary Life Job Type:
