Appliance knowledge is not required but is a plus.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, has great communication skills, a motivated self-starter who is great at multi-tasking and has a good work ethic.
You must also be reliable.
-Hourly pay based on experience -8-5 m-f work schedule
Responsibilities:
- Check voicemails and return calls.
- Answer phones in a timely manner and schedule service calls to meet service technician's availability.
- Reschedule customers once parts come back in, per tech availability.
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, or email.
- Manage new service calls created by other schedulers.
- Provide customers with an ETA for their service call, in accordance with Company policy.
- Ensure daily that the technician's routes flow smoothly
Qualifications:
-Must have Reliable transportation -Must have customer service experience -Must have knowledge of the dfw area Job Type:

Monday to Friday Work Location:
In person.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
