Responsibilities:
No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a HomeTeam Outside Sales Representative, you can expect to:
Work in New Homeowner Communities - reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending e-mails, mail, and making telephone calls.
Warm Leads Provided Paid Training and Licensing Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners within your assigned area Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
Work outside.
Be self-motivated, organized, and personable while you work independently.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
No experience required training will be provided! Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED Must successfully pass background and drug screening Must have a valid driver's license Good Driving record Physical Demands / Working Environment:
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
