We are offering employment opportunity for General Warehouse Associates with no specific experience, we will train! Be part of a team in which you will learn the skill of mattress fabrication and grow with an established company with years of experience mattress manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
Assigned to work in different areas of the plant to be trained in mattress fabrication Replenish material for mattress assembly Learn to measure, cut, and sew Ensure finish product meet specification Maintains work area clean Follows safety standards Performs other duties as assigned Work with a sense of urgency to complete tasks safely, effectively and efficiently.
Demonstrate excellent job performance in productivity, quality, safety, and attendance Requirement:
Motivated, excellent work ethics, and desire to learn Mechanically inclined in any type of operating machines or sewing machines a plus Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to read work instructions Ability to stand for 8.
0 hours or more Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 100 lbs.
Good eye/hand coordination Attendance & Punctuality:
ability to work a consistent 40-hour work week with minimal absences, tardy or need to leave early.
Over-time:
