As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the members.
You will also be responsible for contacting members and addressing their concerns.
To succeed in this position, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
You should also have phenomenal customer service abilities.
Responsibilities Welcoming customers and greeting them warmly.
Listening to customer needs and concerns attentively.
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
Explaining to members about the products and services.
Providing information about member fees, benefits, policies, and procedures.
Recommending products and services to the members.
Solving queries and issues related to payment.
Attending workshops and conferences to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Maintaining reports on members and their details.
Performing clerical duties as and when required Requirements High school diploma or an equivalent.
Proven work experience as a Member Service Representative Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
Highly organized individual.
Excellent active listening skills.
Ability to work in teams and on your own.
Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Good phone etiquette and ability to solve problems.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
