Job DescriptionAmatus Hospice is looking for Nurses, both RN and LVN, who are passionate about serving patients.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing direct patient care in accordance with physician orders.
Follows the plan of care, provides treatments, and works collaboratively with the members of the team to help provide excellent patient care.
Participates in coordinating hospice services, appropriately reporting the identified needs to the interdisciplinary group, including DON, Social Worker, Chaplain, and CNA.
Provides appropriate symptom and pain management.
Qualifications:
