As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

We are looking for someone who has open availability to work mainly evenings from 3pm-11pm and mornings as needed 7am-3pm.
Being available on weekends is a must.
We prefer someone with previous hotel experience and those candidates will be given priority,however,it is not required.
We also prefer for you to be bilingual.

Some of the job duties include:
Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
Handles confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity.
Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints.
Answers and routes calls as appropriate; takes guest messages with accuracy.
Responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions during shift.
Maintains accurate records including cash flows, registration cards, reservation cards, and property walks.
Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, and travel directions.
Offers and properly handles requests for wake-up calls.
Records pertinent guest information in the pass on log.
May assist in replenishing breakfast as needed and keeping breakfast area clean.
Ensures common area/lobby is clean.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong guest relations skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred - Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software Job Type:
