This individual assists multiple departments with their daily functions.

Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Manager.
Maintain Multiple Inboxes.
Takes phone calls and detailed messages.
Assist customers with any questions they may have regarding their account.
Assist in the service department with repair, di, and install.
Coordinate jobs with and tasks with other branch offices.
Complete special projects when requested by management.

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum of 3 years administrative experience.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Keen attention to detail and a result driven approach.
Must be reliable and trustworthy.
Ability to analyze problems, detect root causes and resolve issues.
Excellent time management, planning, organization and prioritizations skills.
Pay is determined on experience.
