About this opportunity:
You will work with a passionate team to conduct consultations for local customers through self-generating and company driven leadsYou will learn from the industry's best and be able to grow with the company long term.
You will have Flexible schedule with 4-hour and 8-hour shifts available, Monday to SaturdayAbility to sell solar, batteries, roofing and other home efficiency products.
Uncapped commission with an average annual income of 200Kfirst year.

Work as a team to conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their solar energy needs.
Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the available option.
Provide accurate and detailed information about solar products, financing options, and incentives.
Create customized solar energy proposals based on customer's energy usage and financial goals.
Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or questions.
Advise clients on solar energy solutions based on their energy needs and location.
Conduct site assessments to determine the feasibility of solar installations.
Recommending appropriate solar products and equipment for specific projects.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and installation process.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
Promoting the benefits of solar energy and advocating for renewable energy initiatives.
Self-generate at least one sale per month for access to company generated leads.
Bonus pay opportunities based on performance.
Desired Experience :
At least 1 year previous experience and success in salesKnowledge of solar energy systems and industry trends is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCritical thinking application is a must and will be testedAccountability of initiative to work independently and meet sales targetsCompensation 1099 opportunity.
100% commission with a draw against commission.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
