Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Development:
Provide visionary leadership, mentorship, and guidance to on-site property management teams.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture, ensuring the professional growth and development of team members.
Operational Excellence:
Demonstrate a positive attitude and collaborative approach to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Maintain a sense of urgency in addressing property-related matters, acting confidently and quickly when needed.
Strategic Planning and Decision-Making:
Utilize foresight to identify trends, assess potential scenarios, and make informed decisions based on data and industry knowledge.
Be a problem-solver, assessing situations and making sensible decisions that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Communication and Transparency:
Communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately with team members, residents, and stakeholders.
Value transparency and ensure that all relevant information is communicated effectively.
Adaptability and Time-Management:
Handle change with patience and be adaptable in various situations.
Demonstrate strong time-management skills, creating personal habits with consistent effort.
Software Proficiency:
Possess advanced knowledge of One Site and experience as a SUPERUSER.
Proficient in using Knock CRM and the Microsoft Suite of software programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Regional Manager role within the multifamily industry.
Proven track record of successful team development and leadership.
Positive attitude, dependability, and self-motivation are essential.
Ability to read signals, anticipate trends, and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, active listening, and assertiveness.
