Your primary responsibility will be to investigate calls related to water and wastewater, efficiently manage work orders, and perform various clerical tasks to support the department.
You'll have the opportunity to interact with both City employees and citizens, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Essential Job Functions Completes clerical duties by maintaining records; entering data into the computer; ensuring forms and documents are completed and accurate; completing further research as needed; processing various forms and documents; and preparing various reports.
Completes routine office duties by answering phones; transferring calls and taking messages; filing files and paper; and typing various correspondences.
Responds and inspects customer complaints; acts as a liaison between the City and customers; coordinate and forwards to the appropriate personnel.
Completes special duties as assigned; assisting with special events; and preparing cases to be filed.
All other duties as assigned by a supervisor/manager within your department/division.
Minimum
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Experience:
1 year of related experience.
Licenses:
Valid Driver's License required Certifications Required:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
