We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Will Call/Walk In Wood Store Counter Sales Representative.
As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a wood store environment and has a passion for lumber sales.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need - Warehouse Duties, Forklift Certification, Order Pulling, Loading and Restocking of sheet goods, lumber and hardware.
- Requires Warehouse and outdoor work - Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed, lumber bins, inventory counts - Pulling orders, loading customers with forklift and by hand - Keep the store clean and organized - Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner - Will Call Sales - Proactive call out to assigned store customers - Other duties as assigned ### Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills preferred - Lifting of at least 100 pounds - Basic math skills for processing sales transactions - Computer skills needed, able to learn and use point of sale software - Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and maintain an orderly store - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively If you are enthusiastic about sales, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy helping customers find the right products, we encourage you to apply for the position of Counter Sales Representative.
