Job description-Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales, the Sales Manager serves as the strategic contact with the customer and is responsible for the overall customer satisfaction.
-Accountable for development and execution of sales plans for Airlines and Business/Corporate Jets customers that support company growth and profitability objectives.
-Conduct research and market analysis, identify new business opportunities.
-Promote and sell Sagem products and services in North America, understanding the market (Airline customers and competitors).
-Responsible for pricing strategies in coordination with the Sr. Director of Sales to achieve maximum margin, growth and financial targets.
-Responsible for proper negotiations of contracts.
-Pursues business expansion with existing airline customers through new product/service offerings, contract change proposals and customer trainings.
-Accountable for customer proposals
-Develops and drives execution of sales strategies for new and existing products or services.
-Develop and nurture strategic relationships with airline customers.
-Cooperates with business management, program management and sales support functions in meeting customer and sales objectives.
-Ensure internal communication/cooperation is achieved.
-Provides input to the development of new product or service strategies to meet customer requirements.
-Frequent travel within the Americas; periodic travel to France.
-Divulging of confidential and/or sensitive information could lead to damage to the reputation and/or competitive posture of the corporation. Errors may lead to high risk of major damage to the organization resulting in the need to create totally new approaches.

Candidate skills & requirements-Bachelor's Degree in related major or more than 5 years related experience (North America aftermarket/MRO sales) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Preferred but not required, experience working with and/or for a foreign held company.
-French language skills a plus.
-Strong commercial skills including: selling process, pricing, costing, terms and conditions, sales strategy development/execution, negotiation and sales proposal.
-Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Effective relationship management.
-Ability to resolve customer issues
-Ability to work independently, self-motivated.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
