General Office Associate

The General Office Associate will handle incoming customer calls, order and inventory processing and data entry. The successful candidates will have a great phone presence, solid PC/Windows experience and a "can-do" attitude.
o Answering incoming customer calls
o Handling Customer Service issues
o Order processing
o Data entry
o Faxing and Filing
o Perform other functions as necessary or as assigned
o Minimum 1-2 years general office experience
o Excellent time management skills
o Professional phone demeanor
High School Degree or equivalent required.
Computer Knowledge Requirements:
MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
