Summary:
keeps equipment of office building and warehouse in clean, orderly and in working condition by performing the following dutiesEssential Job Duties:
Be familiar with ATK internal Policies, values, and ATK Quality PolicyBe aware of his/her process/sub process and know related proceduresPerforms minor and major repair of the building and equipmentPerforms preventive maintenance procedures on equipment on a scheduled basisInstalls electrical wiring and equipmentAssists with the renovation/remodeling of the buildingMaintains and repairs equipment used throughout the warehouse dailyPerforms preventative maintenance on various machinery around the warehouse Performs mechanic maintenance on various forklifts Transports small equipment or tools between departments Responsible for acquiring parts needed for the various on site departments, on request Maintain a safe and clean work environment (5S Program) Basic Qualifications (Minimum Required Experience, Education, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Essential Physical Demands):
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK LONG HOURS WHEN NEEDED!!, must display a great attitude toward the daily duties, minimal welding experience, minimal electrical experience, minimal knowledge of a pneumatic system (forklifts), general maintenance experience.

Experience:
Minimal experience in:
welding, electrical work, pneumatic system and the use of various hand tools
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situationsEssential Physical Demands/Work Environment:
